What happens if I miss a week?

Absences will not affect your membership, but they may affect your standing on the leaderboard, since points are based on games played.

Can I bring a guest / plus one?

Yes! Kindly inform the organizer ahead of time; Plus ones need to fill out this same registration form and pay the $5 drop-in fee.

Do I need to register every single week, or just once for the season?

Just once at the start — your registration and roster spot cover the full season (Oct 9 – Jan 28).

Is there a fee, and is it refundable?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

What if a session is cancelled last-minute (e.g. weather, facility issue)?

Any cancellations will be posted in the WhatsApp Community Chat as early as possible — please check there before heading out if conditions look uncertain. ISNA Canada also reserves the right to cancel or modify any session at its discretion.

When does my membership expire?

This season's membership expires on January 28th, 2027.
